Central City Opera is proud to announce that earlier this year, we were one of three recipients of an Opera Respects Training Award from Opera America. This week, our staff and board participated in comprehensive training sessions led by Chai Feldblum, furthering our commitment to workplace excellence.
Opera Respects is a training program for opera organizations. It addresses workplace conduct by establishing standards of respectful and unethical workplace behavior. We engaged in these sessions to strengthen workplace safety and respect, empowering our team with effective approaches to accountability and meaningful feedback.
We extend our gratitude to Chai for leading these essential sessions and to all staff and board members who participated. We would also like to acknowledge Opera America for providing access to this valuable training.
