2026 Festival Subscription Giveaway
Official Rules and Regulations
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Central City Opera House Association (“CCO,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 4875 Ward Road, Suite 100, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of CCO, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Time (MT) on February 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM MT on March 30, 2026 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, complete the entry form accessed through our official Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisement or post. You must provide:
- Your full name
- Valid email address
- Any other information requested on the entry form
Limit: One (1) entry per person for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
By entering, you consent to receive email communications from CCO regarding this Giveaway and future marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
5. Prize
Grand Prize (1 Winner):
Two (2) 2026 Festival Subscription packages to Central City Opera’s summer festival season (June 27 - August 2, 2026). Prize includes:
- Two (2) three-show subscription packages
- One (1) ticket to each of the three mainstage productions: The Marriage of Figaro, The Ballad of Baby Doe, and Master Class
- Subscriber benefits including priority seating, free exchanges, and all-in pricing
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $600
Prize Details and Restrictions:
- Winner will select their preferred performance dates from available subscription package dates, subject to availability
- Seating will be in the best available section at the time of winner selection
- Prize does not include transportation to/from Central City, parking, meals, or any other expenses not explicitly stated
- Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided
- CCO reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable
- Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes
- Tickets are subject to CCO’s standard terms and conditions
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 31, 2026 by CCO or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days of the date the notification is sent. If the potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Before being declared the official winner, the potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within the timeframe specified in the notification. Failure to return these documents within the specified timeframe, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. General Conditions
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CCO, which are final and binding in all respects
- By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless CCO, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each, from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize
- CCO reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond CCO’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by CCO in its sole discretion
- CCO reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules
- Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, CCO reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law
- Winner grants CCO permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law
9. Privacy and Data Use
Information collected from entrants is subject to CCO’s Privacy Policy, available at centralcityopera.org/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to CCO’s collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules.
Entry information may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including email communications about CCO programs, performances, and events. You may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email.
10. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram). By entering, you release Meta from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to CCO, not Meta.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of this Giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, and entrants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Winners List
For the name of the winner (available after April 10, 2026), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: 2026 Festival Subscription Giveaway Winner, Central City Opera, 4875 Ward Road, Suite 100, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. Requests must be received by May 30, 2026.
