For each festival season, Central City Opera partners with a visual artist and commissions artwork to represent each production. Opera is one of the most interdisciplinary and collaborative art forms on the planet; it seems only right to approach marketing and communications in a similarly integrated way. Just as beloved operas are made new in each production by the differing interpretations of each different director, each Festival artist brings a unique perspective in depicting them.
