Introduce your kids (and yourself) to opera at special matinees that include a narrator’s preview and an autograph session with the singers. Tickets prices TBD. *Prices subject to change based on availability; purchase early for the best price.
These fully staged productions are performed by the talented artists of the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation Artists Training Program in Central City. Note, these are full-length opera productions and may contain adult material. If this is a concern, please check the synopsis. The 2015 Opera Insider (season study guide) will available for download in our Resource Center in June.
Enhance your Family Matinee experience! For just $10 more than matinee tickets, festival goers can add inside information about the opera accompanied by pre-performance family fun activities, including interactive opera games with the Take a Child to the Opera package starting at 11:30 am. We also invite you to bring your own lunch to picnic with us before the family matinee performance at 2:30 pm. If you’ve already purchased your family matinee tickets, please contact the Box Office at 303-292-6700 to exchange to the Take a Child option.
