Central City Opera’s General/Artistic Director Pat Pearce hits the road, making his way from Denver to New York City for annual auditions. Experience his travels as he shares his inspiring insights, beautiful art, stunning performances and infamous friends along the way.
Pat enjoyed a scrumptious dinner of pork chops, green beans, squash and fried okra. He ended the evening with a Barber of Seville technical rehearsal at the University of Kentucky and the directorial debut of soprano, CU Boulder grad and past Central City Opera apprentice, Cynthia Lawrence. It was great for him to see pianist Cliff Jackson, as well, who also spent time in Central City. What a wonderful show and a great run for the lucky people in Lexington!!
